Should we assign the candidates a task to do during the selection process?

Be careful with it. It might not be the best strategy to invite a candidate for an interview and blurt out in the first few minutes that you’d like to test their knowledge. The first step towards success is to let the candidate fall in love with you. Then they’ll do “anything” for you.


Who will I be in contact with from the siteq. team?

Your contact person during the selection process for a given position is always a consultant – a recruiter. That is the person who recruits the position from you, finds candidates for you, presents them and handles all communication regarding the role.

If you’re looking for multiple positions, you might have multiple contact persons from siteq. team. That is because each consultant focuses on specific types of roles.
