Personal Data Protection – Information Memorandum

1. Initial Proclamation

Personal data protection is a priority for us; therefore, we have introduced a number of measures in our company to prevent unauthorized access to or possible abuse of personal data. We comply with statutory duties relating to personal data protection and resulting especially from Regulation EU 2016/679/EU on the protection of personal data (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation).

We collect especially the following job applicants’ information for the purposes of offering them the most suitable employment:

  • Age/date of birth
  • Photograph if sent
  • Marital status if provided
  • Contact details
  • Education details
  • Experience
  • Nationality / citizenship / place of birth
  • Details of their current pay conditions, pensions and agreed benefits
  • Information on their interests and needs in terms of their future employment
  • Additional information provided to us

We collect information on clients who are our customers and on our suppliers to the extent necessary for the provision of our services. Such information includes the contact details of the persons we communicate with and the suppliers’ banking details for the purposes of payment of invoices.

We collect only a limited amount of our web users’ data for the purposes of improving the information value of our website and the services provided. Such data are available at Google Analytics.

3. Methods of Personal Data Processing

The methods of our personal data processing include both manual and automated processing.

Personal data are processed by employees and persons with whom we have entered into contracts in order to guarantee the same obligations and assurances as are observed by our whole company with respect to personal data protection.

We process personal data in the Czech Republic or in the territories of other states of the European Union, for which the GDPR is binding as well. Personal data are not transferred outside the European Union.

4. Personal Data Processing Principles

We process personal data absolutely in compliance with the GDPR for a clearly defined purpose in a prescribed method. Personal data are protected against unauthorized or incidental access, change, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfers, and other unauthorized processing or abuse. We observe strict technical and organizational measures.

We process personal data only for a period which is necessary for the purposes of their processing or given in the consent granted.

We will always settle all your claims asserted in relation to your personal data protection rights in compliance with valid legislation.
