The role is part of a wider EMEA delivery organization of approximately 150 experts designing and delivering enterprise solutions across multiple European markets.
The team in Prague is entering a new phase of growth and is looking for a strong senior personality to take a key technical role within the organization.
Projects are international and enterprise-level, delivered for large customers across Europe, and focused on modern Dynamics 365, Field Service, and CX solutions, including omnichannel platforms.
Job description
• Design end-to-end solution architecture on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CX).
• Act as a front-facing architect and technical lead towards clients – presenting designs and driving technical decisions.
• Work closely with developers and consultants (typically 1–4 team members, often in an international EMEA setup).
• Own architectural decisions related to:
• data model,
• integrations,
• security,
• performance and scalability.
• Hands-on involvement with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Occasional business travel to customer locations across Europe.
Requirements
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CX).
• Practical knowledge of Power Platform.
• Background as a technical consultant or developer (not a purely functional or process-oriented role).
• Ability to think and communicate in structured architectural terms.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent – mindset matters more than certification).
• Confidence in defending technical solutions in front of enterprise clients.
• Professional level of English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Prague (at least 1 day per week in the office).
