Job description
• Leading SAP projects end-to-end – from initial planning and design through execution to successful delivery.
• Defining project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, SAP consultants, developers, external vendors).
• Managing project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Reporting progress and financial results to management and key stakeholders.
• Ensuring project deliverables meet business requirements and align with company strategy.
• Driving continuous improvement in project management practices and SAP delivery.
• Operating in a hybrid international setup, collaborating closely with local SAP consultants and delivery teams.
• Taking full ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
Requirements
• Proven 5+ years of experience leading SAP or large-scale ERP implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of SAP modules and integrations (preferably ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong project management skills – scope, budget, timeline, stakeholder management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology is an advantage.
• Fluent English. Czech or Slovak or Hungarian is an advantage.
• Ability to work either as a full-time employee or a B2B/freelance contractor.
