Job description / Náplň práce
* Overall responsibility for managing and developing the SAP Competence Center.
* Governance and administration of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA), including quality, licensing, and compliance.
* Defining strategic SAP roadmap and leading the transition from legacy systems.
* Leading and developing the SAP team (consultants, developers, administrators) and supporting their professional growth.
* Collaboration with business units and IT teams on the introduction of new modules and process optimization.
* Coordination between central shared services and local entities across Europe and Asia.
* Managing key projects (rollouts, upgrades, S/4HANA migration) and ensuring their delivery.
* Vendor management – negotiation with external partners, oversight of SLA and budgets.
* Driving continuous improvement and innovation in SAP solutions and their integration with other core systems.
* Overseeing release management activities including regular system upgrades, implementation of SAP Notes, testing (SPAU/SPDD, UAT), and patches.
* Promoting a strong learning and development culture through internal training initiatives (e.g., ABAP, Fiori, SmartForms, Workflows) and continuous upskilling on latest SAP technologies.
SAP landscape in the center:
* Finance & Controlling (FI/CO): Accounting, controlling, reporting, Universal Journal in S/4HANA Finance.
* Human Capital Management (HCM / HR): Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS (Fiori), Adobe Forms/HRFORMS, Workflows, SuccessFactors Employee Central.
* Materials Management (MM): Procurement, inventory, logistics.
* Technology & Platform: SAP BTP, ABAP (debugging, minor enhancements), reporting and integration.
* User Experience & Processes: SAP Fiori applications, workflow approvals.
Requirements / Požadavky
* Proven experience in managing SAP environments and leading SAP teams.
* Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including modules and integration points.
* Experience in governance, license management, and system quality.
* Strong background in managing strategic SAP projects (rollouts, migrations, upgrades).
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Strong business process understanding and communication with top management.
* Fluent English, Czech/Slovak language is an advantage.
