Job description / Náplň práce
We are looking for a candidate who will not only be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture according to the principles of Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault and others but also for analyzing data requirements in collaboration with the project team and designing efficient data models. You will become part of successful project delivery in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, MS Azure) and also have the opportunity to develop your skills in on-premise technologies (Oracle, MS SQL, Teradata).
• designing and implementing data architecture using modern principles and technologies
• providing analysis in the creation of efficient data models
• collaborating with the project team on the successful delivery of projects in a cloud environment
• participating in projects across various industries such as insurance, banking, automotive, and others
Requirements / Požadavky
• expertise in data modeling or data warehouses (DWH)
• knowledge of SQL and Python
• experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, or ThoughtSpot is an advantage
• understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in data projects is a plus
• experience with data warehouse testing is also an advantage
• fluent communication in English
• ability to work 1-2 days a week in the Prague office
