SAP FI/CO Consultant

Your responsibility extends across SAP roadmap planning, presales engagement, solution shaping, and capability development. You will ensure top-quality internal delivery while helping position SAP as a strong, competitive offering for clients. Responsibilities • Lead and develop the SAP Competence Center (consultants, developers, administrators). • Define the SAP strategy and roadmap, including ECC → S/4HANA transition. • Establish governance, licensing, quality, compliance, and release management standards. • Oversee key SAP programs (rollouts, upgrades, migrations) and secure successful delivery. • Collaborate with business units, IT, and international entities across Europe and Asia. • Manage vendors, partners, SLAs, and budgets. • Represent the SAP practice in front of clients and partners. • Act as SAP presales lead — attend client meetings with sales teams. • Translate business requirements into high-level SAP solution concepts and delivery approaches. • Shape and own the SAP services portfolio (implementation, AMS/support, advisory, integration, modernization). • Contribute to proposals, bids, and RFP/RFI processes. • Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and continuous upskilling within the SAP team. ⸻ SAP Landscape & Competence Offering The SAP Competence Center provides clients with expertise and delivery capability across the following domains: • Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) — Accounting, controlling, reporting, Universal Journal (S/4HANA Finance). • Human Capital Management (HCM / HR) — Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS (Fiori), Adobe Forms/HRFORMS, workflows, SuccessFactors Employee Central. • Materials Management (MM) — Procurement, inventory, logistics. • Technology & Platform — SAP BTP, ABAP (debugging, small enhancements), system integration, reporting. • User Experience & Processes — SAP Fiori applications, approvals, workflow automation. What you should bring We’re looking for someone who knows their way around ServiceNow or is eager to get deep into it. If you’ve got a background in ITSM, web development, or system integrations, you’ll fit right in.
