What you should bring We’re looking for someone who knows their way around ServiceNow or is eager to get deep into it. If you’ve got a background in ITSM, web development, or system integrations, you’ll fit right in. Here’s what helps: Must-haves ✔️ ServiceNow experience – ideally as a System Administrator or Application Developer ✔️ Understanding of technical & functional best practices in ServiceNow ✔️ Familiarity with web technologies – JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, HTTP, REST/SOAP APIs ✔️ Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) ✔️ Solid grasp of IT Service Management & Operations (ITIL knowledge is a plus) ✔️ Around 1-3 years of experience in web application development Nice-to-haves ➕ ServiceNow certifications (Administrator or Application Developer) ➕ Hands-on experience with other ITSM tools (BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, HP, etc.) ➕ Knowledge of AngularJS ➕ ITIL v3 certification Soft skills that matter You’ll be part of a core team working on ServiceNow – customizing, rolling out, and keeping things running smoothly for clients.
