Your role
As a ServiceNow Architect / Manager, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Your work will combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to deliver high-impact digital transformations.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Technical leadership – designing scalable, high-performing ServiceNow solutions and ensuring best practices are followed
* Solution architecture & strategy – translating business needs into smart, sustainable ServiceNow implementations
* End-to-end implementation – from system design and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support
* Stakeholder collaboration – working closely with clients, business teams, and developers to align requirements with technical capabilities
* Team mentoring & development – guiding junior developers, sharing knowledge, and helping the team grow
Requirements
What you should bring
We’re looking for a seasoned ServiceNow expert who combines strong technical skills with an understanding of business needs.
Must-haves:
* Strong ServiceNow experience – at least 5 years in architecture, development, or technical leadership
* Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules – ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or others
* Certifications – ServiceNow Certified Administrator and/or Application Developer
* Technical expertise – solid skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
* Solution design experience – ability to analyze business needs and translate them into robust ServiceNow solutions
* Great communication skills – working effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Nice-to-haves:
* Experience with ITSM tools (BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, etc.)
* ITIL knowledge or certification
* Background in enterprise architecture or cloud platforms
