Job description / Náplň práce
We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong project coordination experience to support SABO’s growing industrial software projects across Europe. This is a hybrid position based in Prague, with occasional travel to client sites.
This role combines classic business analysis with elements of project coordination. You will work directly with clients, help shape project direction, and support the company’s director in pre-sales — gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and joining early-stage client discussions.
Your key responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects in agile or hybrid environments (SCRUM/SAFe)
• Lead business analysis and consult with stakeholders (often German-speaking industrial clients)
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and solution designs
• Support pre-sales: understand client goals, prepare concepts, and assist in proposals
• Create documentation, workflows, and diagrams using tools like Figma, UML, or Archimate
• Communicate project progress and risks to internal and external teams
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects on solution planning and delivery
• Define acceptance criteria and support testing and validation
• Propose improvements and ensure that client needs are well understood
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing
Requirements / Požadavky
What will help you succeed:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with project management experience
• 7+ years of overall experience in IT, software development, or consulting
• Experience in working with international or industrial clients
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and modeling tools (Figma, UML, Archimate)
• Good understanding of REST APIs and system integration basics is a plus
• Experience in working with German-speaking clients or the automotive sector is an advantage
• English and German at B2 level or higher
• Proactive, structured, and responsible mindset
