You will work directly with clients, help shape project direction, and support the company’s director in pre-sales - gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and joining early-stage client discussions. Your key responsibilities: • Coordinate projects in agile or hybrid environments (SCRUM/SAFe) • Lead business analysis and consult with stakeholders (often German-speaking industrial clients) • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and solution designs • Support pre-sales: understand client goals, prepare concepts, and assist in proposals • Create documentation, workflows, and diagrams using tools like Figma, UML, or Archimate • Communicate project progress and risks to internal and external teams • Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects on solution planning and delivery • Define acceptance criteria and support testing and validation • Propose improvements and ensure that client needs are well understood • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing
