Náplň práce
As a Business Data BI Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming business needs into data-driven solutions.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, data professionals, and technical teams to define analytical goals, ensure data quality, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Gathering and documenting business and data requirements, KPIs, and success metrics
• Preparing data mappings between systems for integration and reporting
• Writing and verifying SQL queries for analysis and validation
• Creating and refining BI dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau)
• Translating business questions into measurable data outputs and insights
• Cooperating with data engineers and architects on data quality and usability
• Supporting data storytelling and clear communication of results to business teams
• Contributing to data governance and documentation initiatives
Požadavky
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis
• Strong practical knowledge of SQL
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik …)
• Understanding of data modelling and integration principles
• Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g. Teradata, Snowflake, Azure Synapse) is a plus
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Communicative and proactive approach when working with business teams
• Experience in Agile or hybrid environments
• Advantage: background in the insurance or financial sector
• Fluent Czech (professional) and communicative English
• Based in or near Prague, available on-site 2 days per week
