Job description / Náplň práce
In this role, you will join a multinational team working on a data warehouse platform that supports entities across Europe. The aim is to centralise, structure, and deliver granular financial and risk data to both internal systems and European regulators.
This is a long-term role at the intersection of data governance, regulatory reporting, and project delivery, with strong exposure to business teams in Finance, Risk, and IT.
Your responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities and support data-consuming business lines
• Collect, structure, and analyse business requirements (Finance / Risk)
• Lead workshops, document functional specifications, and map data flows
• Support test strategy, data quality checks, and incident resolution
• Contribute to the functional evolution of the data warehouse
• Model incoming data and support integration into the central platform
• Collaborate with IT project managers and raise alerts when needed
• Ensure delivery milestones are met and support change request handling
Requirements / Požadavky
• 5+ years of experience in IT
• Project management experience in Finance or Risk IT
• Experience with data modelling, mapping, and regulatory data
• Proven background in agile projects and stakeholder management
• Strong French and English (both are mandatory)
• Located in the Czech Republic (ideally Prague)
• Willingness to travel to France, Paris regularly (3 days/week, or stay there for longer period - all costs are covered)
Technical skills
• Good command of SQL (for data analysis)
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Strong documentation skills (Office Suite)
• Mastery of BI decision-making tools is a plus.
